the menus are ridiculous, i have the book and i ditched the idea immediately, doesn't seem practical
hmm ok i didn't do any actual research on this.
why not try the "Fit for life" diet?? that's kind of interesting. the guy on the book is mad ripped, too.
see i thought it was ridiculous too but my grandma and aunt are on it and they love and plan to continue eating that way for the rest of their lives. i idd n't like it but they do.
