yo. you need to drop the coke PRONTO. i am not kidding. for every time you go to drink something dark colored (soda - tea - coffee) get some water. water is like an internal shower.
if you drink a lot of coke, you should think about getting more calcium too, because coke has the opposite effect as milk
Yeah...I've had my dentist tell me not to drink soda TONS of times. It's basically like pouring sugar all over your teeth, if you think about it. Not healthy.
