tons and tons of tuna fish. if you eat this straight, you are guaranteed to drop tons of weight. or just tons of chicken and meat in small portions. with a small salad every day. works perfectly.

And if you want to make the tuna taste better mix some shredded carrots and slice celery in because then you are getting your veges too!

and mean waitresses that don't wanna let you sit there? and the trucker guys that stare at you the minute you walk in the place?
