Yeah..two of my most favoritist foods. For a long time we had to go to chinese food places that specifically did not use MSG. But I've started to grow out of most of my food allergies so I'm okay most of the time. If not..I just get a bit nasally. Hah..no I just get a bad headache.
MSG is yeast-more specifically 'autolyzed yeast'. so watch for anything w/ that too.
and wat would autolyzed yeast be?
it's a way they process yeast so that it makes a salty flavor. they use it to flavor food.
