I have never heard of this spoken word stuff..why is my Creative Class dumb?

spoken word is a term for poetry read aloud with stand-up comic timing and aggression... its basically regular poetry except when u read it u gotta get all into it and its suposed to seem like one long piece that u just thought of... kinda like that def poetry jam stuff
