I think Ian should offer an orientation package to all new ezabelers..so that they don't have to find stuff out for themselves and get made fun of by ezabel vertarns for their lack of experience....

We could institute some sort of, "Freshman Friday" equivalent..You know, like that highschool tradition, where the first friday of the new school year, the freshmen get beat up, pranked, and run amock...yeah, i like this idea better...all new ezabel members should get some sort of physically painfull initionation/humiliation...any ideas as to how?
