for someone who hasn't been in the situation maybe you should take a step back and put yourself in my shoes. :)
Belive me I have been in the situtaion. Belive it or not its very simlar to yours. I felt it was best to forgive the person instead of throwing wood on the fire. you know what i mean like for example physically destroying the other person to a point where no recognizes them. If a person is like the way you describe him, well he will be evtually exposed for the person he really is no matter what identity he hides behind.
See a person like that probaly has little or no friends. The ones he has will eventually leave him, no one likes a pyschopath.
If that person is actually dong what you say he, will be caught. Or someones gonna slap it shut.
So in the end its best to just let him run his course so you can remain christian in your attitude toward your brothers. Because poeple like that make many enemys along the way and no friends.
