What about renting a hall?

hmmm i havent considered this... how much? any ideas? what about locations? and what games and equipment... do we have everything we would need?

Not sure on prices, all you'd need is to find a KoC or Polish Home or maybe a fire department rents a hall. You'd have to transport TV's for the xbox though. :( Or if you go cheap way, does some...

hmm thats a REALLY good idea... i think we should explore this option of tent and such...

problems with a tent--running the power safely so that no one trips (same for network cables). There might not be enough extension cords or outlets for all the power we would need.

Easily resolved if everyone brings an extension cord and a roll of duct tape. There are several ways to run wire safely but you will always have that one person that trips. If it's done right you could even run the wires under just about all the tables.
