naah it won't cost her $20/minute. $0.69/minute max, that's what carriers charge to roam ...all except Nextel, of course...(all my years of being a wireless consultant JUST became useful!)

but isn't another country not considered roaming? my phone (verizon, mind you haha) doesn't charge me for roaming in the US but if I'm out of the country...that's a whole 'nother story. the problem...
