I was in Philly this weekend. I really don't enjoy cities but Philly is pretty cool and their china town is totally better then NYC's.

yeah, i just hate seeing money disappear when you could have it going somewhere...like towards a mortgage

property taxes aer a killer also. some are paying $3K + for property taxes here in CA

wow, that's cheap! property must be smaller there....because people out here pay $12,000-$15,000 for an acre

my in-laws in western PA pay like $60 a year for real estate taxes. makes me cry.
