I was skinny til I was 25 or so... then POW!!! Went from a size 30 waist to a 34 seemingly overnight

mmmm. yeah, gotta agree there. wow, I really need to start a workout regimin while there's still a chance.Maybe I can bring a bowflex on the train.

nope, sorry. regimen is a plan (usually to make you healthier or to strengthen yourself physically)

regiment is a group of soldiers.
