i can't do eyeliner either, above the eye anyway, i always had my sister do it when i needed it done, now because she's not around, i dont even attempt to try it
i hate the pencil ones bc they hurt/itch. and i can never get the brush/spongey liquidy ones thin enough. i can't do smoky eyes bc my eyes are so purple/black around. this frustrates me bc i like the smokey look!
you need to get a better pencil made from a nicer company. i had problem putting it on but then my mom let me use her NICE makeup and it slide right on. all depends on the company.
