i only wear make up (and contacts) if i'm seeing someone special or if i think there is a possibilty of my appearance being recorded ... by the same token, if either of those things are happening, im spending some extra time getting ready ... i rarely wear anything that could be characterized as bummy clothes though

umm...i just love having my picture taken, but i love it more when i look my best (or what i think is my best)

its my moms fault bc she took us for portraits at sears regularly and i figured i could either be miserable like my sisters or enjoy it. i chose the latter.
i only look miserable in SOME of the pictures
i didnt say LOOK miserable. i said BE miserable. i dont think i look better in pics, i just try to enjoy having them taken vs. want to hide from the camera.

my mom always took us for these portraits. when i was younger i had no mole above my lip. since we went every year my family can trace back the history of the mole to exactly when it started. sick game to play.

my sisters loved the fact that i looked japanese when i was younger, they told me that i was adopted. so they do the same thing....they trace when i look japanese to when i started looking mexican. so sad
I love having my picture taken and I love having pictures of myself. Its not even because I enjoy looking at myself (I'm not very photogenic anyways) but like you said..memories are cool.
