Why does it matter who this person is? Crying to sleep is the worst I think because it shows in the morning (at least my eyes do). I think it's very comforting though, and don't be mad about crying. I think crying is one of the best releases for emotions.

so true- there are two things that get my emotions out... crying to a great sob movie- or singing/screaming at the top of my lungs to a dashboard song... seriously it releases some type of wonderful ....err...release... uh.. yea... lol

whenever i say my long prayer at night, i usually end up crying myself to sleep. then in the morning i can't always remember if i properly closed the prayer or half the time i don't remember what i prayed about because it just makes me better. i used to feel bad about it like why would you cry when you pray? but jesus bled so i feel its ok to cry about anything you feel necessary. good people will help you back up.

I end up crying half the time when I pray too..and sometimes I feel silly for it but if you think about it, it can be very emotional. Just think about who you're talking to when you're praying.
