Ok how weird is it that I just asked this. Remains of ancient city has been found in Peru. It is estimated that it was home to 10,000 people ... 1300 years ago.. so that's in the 700's. Why n...

wasn't SOUTH america even FURTHER to go .. i mean they had to travel by foot all the way from Alaska to Peru and they built a huge city down there but nothing along the way?!?!?

i think the climates used to be different. north america was previously much cooler.
