i don't get it. 1. what signs? street signs? is that legal? 2. what is the point of the arrows? and why face them in the opposite direction? ehhh? 3. when you put your index card on a sign...

i think if you cover over the sign in any way, you may be asking for it, but if you put the arrow on the pole, i'd guess that you'd be safe
