Just take on more responsibilities. Over to take over some of the ex-managers old responsibilities while they find someone.. then they'll just choose you after you do a good job with it. BAM BOOM....

Wow....good advice. I like that idea. The GM had already suggested a few weeks ago, having me do the schedule soon, which is currently the leaving manager's job...maybe I'll ask him about that toda...

i just pretend not too. because then people start getting in lines to talk to you and constant phone calls.. then before you know it, i'm in bed and there's hordes of people outside of my house trying to get answers.. i'm too tired for that
