i love manners: letting the lady sit first, door holding open, that sort of thing. (side point: one guy always manages to sandwich me between his arms when opening the door. example: im in front of him, he opens the left door with his right hand and then to let me through has to pass the door to his left hand momentarily creating a hug. its lovely. ahh bliss.) however, unless there is some deeper understanding or a great disparity of income, i dont see why the male should ALWAYS pay. backpedaling: its not expected but i appreciate it. i will never frown on getting treated.

Definitely. Techno is insanely derivative nowadays. Nothing new or exciting going on. Lo-Fi techno is what really gets me now. Daft Punk tho--Classic.
