YO!! Check ME out!! So, I spoke with not only my GM today, but ALSO the corporate trainer for the company, and I let them in on my goals and such. The corporate trainer said they already had their eye on me, because they consider me very responsible and capable, and that they were going to do the neccessary stuff to get me involved in the Manager's Associate Program.
So basically, I'm gonna start the needed training to become a manager.
