in one word: PIZZA. I eat tons of pizza all the time. If you put sausage on it, its got all the 4 food groups: milk (cheese), tomato sauce (fruits/vegetables), Breads (crust), Meat (sausage). and forget olive oil. thats for wimps. the natural oils in the cheese and greasy sausage are much better for you.
ughgh. I just ate 3 slices of pizza with a SlimFast. I think they cancel each other out, so thats cool.
