Why can't i lose some REAL weight??
Hey guys...I have some interesting things to say today.
I played with my sister's SIMs, her and her friend Becky who live in the same house...somehow I made them fall in love with each other...I have no idea how. I'm very very sorry, Alyssa.
I have FINALLY found a job I want!! And I think they want me too! They brought me in and said..."we sell mobile phones. And we get new phones and palm pilots all the time- and we need someone to play with them, and then explain to us what they do." I was speechless.
Ok- now. I want to know. HOW DO I LOSE SOME FREAKIN BODY FAT WHILE I STILL GET BIGGER??? why is that so hard?? I seriously dislike running in the snow, it's just not fun. Treadmills involve running for HOURS without going anywhere. Is it possible to cut down and build up at the same time? How do I eat for that?
And lastly, I want to get out for a bit this evening, if anyone wants to meet up for coffee somewhere (say, on like, 23) that'd be awesome.

Sorry, pal. The only way to lose weight properly is by some kind of cardio. So, unless you want to don spandex (and if you do i don't want to know)and join an aerobics class, the treadmill, bike or elliptical stepper is your best bet. And you have to eat LOTs of protein (but not totally fatty stuff-lean meats-chicken, turkey, fish)but don't combine them w/ high carbs or you will be tired. Eat those seperately and not too much.

most gyms now are comming out w/ dance areobics classes. Those are always fun. They have salsa, hip-hop, and even strip tease. I was pretty impressed...
that sounds fun, wish my gym had it. but i can't see to many guys taking them, unless they were there to watch the strip tease class.
hahahaha the strip class, somebody told me (at school) that she had done it at her gym and she never worked so hard in her life. i gave her this look like "are you serious?" she said its the hardest class you can do. somehow although this may be true, i don't think i'll try it. but miriam with the salsa class, they're good.

hey, dan, here's some real info. If you want to lose some fat, and keep growing muscle. I heard it works quite well: Eat lots (pretty much for every meal) Tuna Fish with Olive Oil and Vinegar in it. I've never tried it, but I hear it really works. The Olive Oil contains essential oils, which is a good kind of fat that helps you lose other fat. Vinegar does the same kind of job that Vegetables do--acting as anti-oxidants...I forget what that means, but it's good...I think it helps you keep muscle, or absorb more nutrients...something like that. The tuna has lots of Protein, which is great for muscle growth. Avoid breads, grains, cereals, anything like that--that's pretty much a good low-carb diet. Becareful to research this first, though, because as with all diets, there are dangers of missing out in important vitamins, and minerals. I hope I helped a bit.
and dan, don't forget to add mayo, salt, and relish to the tuna, put it on toast with melted swiss cheese, a pickle on the side with fries, and a Burger King Old-Fashioned Milkshake (small of course). This should give you a healthy square meal.
you could also add iceberg lettuce so you get some vegetables.
Duh guys..you're all forgetting the easiest way. Just don't eat! It'll work in no time at all.

actully, it doesnt work that well. before u start losing fat, ur body wil start to eat ur muscle tissues. bad i dea. i saw that on body story ;)
He said he wanted to lose weight..he didn't say that he didn't want to lose muscle tissue as well. Besides, muscle weighs more then fat so if he loses muscle tissue then he'll be losing lots of weight.

in one word: PIZZA. I eat tons of pizza all the time. If you put sausage on it, its got all the 4 food groups: milk (cheese), tomato sauce (fruits/vegetables), Breads (crust), Meat (sausage). and forget olive oil. thats for wimps. the natural oils in the cheese and greasy sausage are much better for you.
ughgh. I just ate 3 slices of pizza with a SlimFast. I think they cancel each other out, so thats cool.
MMM pizza-you are making this cup of noodles VERY inadequate right now-i broke my diet and had a total fatfest last night while watching the 80s thing on VH1, but i'm such an exercise bulemic that i had to work out like crazy afterward
