they passed a law like that a fe years ago here in California. Waitresses were in an uproar because so many of them were getting cancer.

Waitressing where people are allowed to smoke is definetly not fun. Not only is the scent of food and drink heavily in the air, but you are forced to breath in smoke against your will. Well, I guess you could just not breath and all..but yeah.
