I finally fixed my computer (ie, formatted and put xp back on.) it works great now (despite being older than dirt. i got it in 1999.) i'm thinking i could use a little more ram (the 320 mb i got is ok) but i want to use it to store all my mp3s, videos, etc. yeah. so if you have one that'd be great.
