youre welcome! also, "what accomplishment are you most proud of?" and "what is your biggest regret?" are pretty revealing. of course, you prolly want to ask about goals and stuff.
but don't ask them all at once cause it will seem like you're interviewing him and thats not what it is at all. jsut get onto subjects where you can ask the appropriate questions.
