YES YES ! Very good. There is a difference in people you just know in contrast with people you can really get to know.
It can be frustrating to reach out to people that aren't willing to open up AT ALL
sometimes it isn't unwillingness to open up. it can be shyness and even envy of those who are outgoing because they wish they could be like that. unfortunately they can't get past that little thing in their brain that gets them to walk over and start a conversation.
