the reason I expected more is because it was my first raise, and I really felt like I proved that I was the best person they had. I wouldn't expect a big raise every time

I totally agree with this... if you WORK hard, and really prove yourself, putting alot into a company... the worst thing to happen is for them to not reward you for that... Im all for you finding another job man... hopefully its something closer and something you like... like i said before, ill keep ya in mind for anything coming up over here.

Yeah it ticks me off, because at my current rate of raises, it would take me a few years to reach what i think i should be making now... ugh... anyway thanks man.
