sorry to be technical... BUT... halo2 isnt out yet... it comes out tonight. and im having people over to play it when i get it.... if you all want to come over...
yeah, one of my "non-meeting attending" friends called me yesterday to say he beat it already. apparently when they shipped the container of them to France (so the french could play halo) someone stople a copy, then ripped it and uploaded it. i'm imagining my friend used BitTorrent to download the .iso and burn it to a cd, which he then played on a modded x-box.
I've heard of similar experiences. In this day and age of "hack the world, and everything in it, for no reason." it's bound to happen, a lot.
yeah, it was leaked a few weeks ago. but it's a french only version, and it's also PAL (european tv format, can't be displayed on US tvs)
so, unless he has a european TV, a modded xbox, and can speak french, i would take his claim with a grain of salt.

I saw some torrents for that dl... i wouldnt touch that thing for a million bucks... hmm, well maybe i would... cause then if Microsoft sued me... id still have a few grand left over...
