Depends. If the chick has issues (self esteem/other) that would motivate her to PLAY someone in the first place these should be worked out cause it's NOT cool. On the other hand if feelings were just confused or something like that and the chick backed out at the last minuet, the guy should be able to get over this with much more ease.
