i think it depends what your stuffing goes with. we don't actally stuff the turkey but on the side we have dressing made of old bread, celery, onions, herbs and chicken broth. i make breast of veal stuffed with bread crumbs, apples, onions and sausage. i could see fruit flavors work if your meat is seasoned up really savory.
