I've found that living in PA, there's a lot of people that will just talk to you; when you're waiting in a line, for instance. I don't like this. I didn't initiate a conversation, don't talk to me....

see, I dont' think telling random people they're hot is a good idea. I say this for two reasons.

1. That person will think "wow i'm hot!" and go through the rest of their life expecting to get anything they want simply based on looks. (See dictionary under "Thai Pham").

OR

2. That person will realize that they have no personality, no real depth, and just happen to be good-looking. If it wasn't for that, they would have no friends. And eventually, looks fade, leaving them crazy, sad, and alone. (See dictionary under "Mer-MAN!")

eh. Number 2 is irrelavent since it's a RANDOM person so you wouldn't know their personality. Number 2 would happen if that's the ONLY compliment they ever get and they are in fact hot. So let me be clearer..I like telling people who maybe don't get that so much. Everyone's hot in their own way! Ok, did I just make you say "gag me"?
