hahaha yeah the road to quepos along he shore is crazy-kinda like a pile of boulders strewn in a path. i loved costa rica and i thought the food down there was great-best arroz con pollo and pina coladas i ever had. i would love to go back.
todd, jesse was saying you guys want to move down there.
I found there rice to be very undercooked. We were in Tamarindo & around. Where had you been? WE didnt think it was any where near as tastey as the spanish/mexican food we know.
oh man now i can't remember the town we were in, but we were in tamarindo and all along the coast as far as manuel antonia.
the food is def different than what we are used to here-andrew was weirded out by the hamburgers, but I stuck w/ spanish dishes
ha ha, yeah i tried a hamburger too , i think the word would be Festive, ha ha it tasted like taco mix in a hamburger. After a few trys I had to give up on trying the spanish food because of the hard rice.
hahahaha that is exactly what andrew said about the burger too-taco meat
