I would have to say that my all time favorite band is PENNYWISE,, not only are they a phenominal punk band but they also havent,how you say SOLD OUT, main stream as they MAY be, and I use MAY as in sorta kinda, they still totally rock!, & Metallica rocked up till about maybe 5 er 6 years ago!

I wasn't allowed to listen to Metallica. I wasn't allowed to listen to Z100 for a little while there. Pearl Jam was like, the worst sin I could have committed, according to my parents, who thought i was like, deranged and demonized for listening to it. Did I mention I wasn't allowed to DRIVE anywhere even tho I had my license for like, a year. And then... OF COURSE.. my younger bro went to a Deftones concert (with me) at age 13. And my younger sis went to Spain for 3 weeks at age 16. GO FIGURE. (I take it back, i DO NOT understand my parents)

I also got in trouble .. i mean.. YELLED AT.. for drinking a beer. A BEER...as in.. one. I was 22 at the time.

Yeah. Haha. And it makes me so mad when kids complain about things like "oh i have a computer with a cable modem in my room but i can only use it 10 hours a day! boo hoo!" I didn't even have a computer till i was like,... 18.. GEESH!!

I LOVE pennywise! they are one of the best punk bands ever! and i don't hear them much on the radio-they only ever had a song or two on mainstream radio- so i wouldn't say they really sold out.
