Downloaded both the of the new Bright Eyes CDs. Very pretty stuff.
Bought the Mars Volta's new one, Frances the Mute. Astounding.

Honorable mention: Queens of the Stone Age - Lullabies to Paralyze. S'pretty good. Not as good as Songs for the Deaf though.

Best value? Mars Volta--$6.99 at Coconuts. And, TO ME, it's the best album of the year [thus far].
