If you drink the pau d'arco tea, which kills yeast, you have to drink A LOT of water with a little lemon in it to clean out your body. Otherwise, you will kill yeast but toxins will build up in you...

hey did you know about "yeast free bread" its soooooo good! theres a certain brand that i LOVE! oh man its great... with some sugar free jelly yum yum!

yeah, i did find yeast free bread. it's made w/ brown rice flour-it's a chinese brand i don't even know what. it tastes good but it's kind of dense and dry. I'm goin to make myself corn muffins later.

no, spelt is in the wheat family-but it's not wheat per say. the bread i had was made from brown rice and some other stuff that i forget.
