oh my goodness-in the temple with the younglings I gasped and I almost screamed "NO!" so sad and horrible.
i know it's stupid and obviously I knew what the outcome would be, but part of me couldn't help hoping it wouldn't be so-esp. b/c he was so easily convinced. I was kinda disappointed-to me it was a relatively lame reason to go over to the darkside. i mean couldn't he find like a doctor or another way to save her other than destroying all the jedi and dooming the whole galaxy? come on. it would've been more understandable if he did it out of anger or something.
Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. He became a different person when he joined the darkside. Obi-Wan said it nicely in ROTJ. Anakin ceased being himself and became Darth Vader.
