This is my opinion, if a bands selling out or changing affects the style of music so much that you can't recognize it or even like it they should be forgotten. Change is good, I think Matt and most others who have tried to write a song can appreciate the difficulty involved.

Otherwise the band writes the same song twice and they suck. Examples of this are:
Fuel-their last album was exactly the same as the one prior which was amazing.
EVERY U2 Song
