so, i know this is an old forum, but i just found it and my sister just sent me this detox thing. I dont know if i'm going to do it...but if anyones interested..here it is:
21 Day Detox Program
For the first five days of the diet cut out all processed foods, sugars, alcohol, meat, dairy products, wheat products, or any food derived form an animal or fish.
So you are left with fruits, vegetables, nuts, sprouts, legumes, rice and pasta.
Remember not to use processed or canned tomato sauce with the pasta, but to make your own, using fresh ingredients.
On day six, stop cooking your food. The above foods are permited, but only in their raw state, which excludes pasta and rice unless you have incredibly strong teeth and a digestive system to match. Raw legumes can be eaten by soaking them overnight to soften them.
Cotinue this way for a week.
On day 13 stop eating solid foods and drink only the juice of fruits or vegetables. If you have a juicer use it, or buy 100% pure shop bought juice. Make sure the juice is fresh, and not processed or made from juice concentrate.
Stick to this for at least two, preferably three days.
For the remainder of the time return to eatin only raw foods, while drinking as much fresh fruit or vegetable juice as possible.
