aw, i'm sorry mike. :-(
how you described yourself, about not knowing what to say sounded exactly like me at a funeral. i'm the worst! i never know what to say besides "i'm sorry". maybe that stuff comes w/ age because my parents always seemed to know exactly what to say and sounded good! it's surprising that this guy got fired if everyone liked him so much!

Corporate BS my friend.... thats the worst thing about working in a big corp... you could have everyone loving you, and still have some manager higher up 2000 miles away can you just cause of some numbers....
