nothing unique, but i replace parts of words with "io" sometimes. for example, instead of "imitation" i say "imiotation." i also like to add = iscious or isciousness on the end of words. and i use ew in a positive sense. i.e. ew! i love your dress.

AND words that end with "tion" are really "sheeeonn"
like gradooaysheeeonnn
