Donovan and I have been trying to lose weight together. Before it got ungodly hot outside, we were biking together after dinner every night.
It helps to plan what you're going to make for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, and only buy a few snacks at the grocery store. Don't deprive yourself, cuz then you'll binge. I've just been having a scoop of ice cream instead of a whole bowl.
Finally, we bought a scale and have been weighing ourselves every morning. It's great to see how you're doing that often so you can tell the days that you overate.
I have come to the conclusion that I cannot have junk food in the house, I have no self control!! If I have a pint of ice cream, i'm gonna eat it all in one sitting. Bar of chocolate - in my belly before you can say willy wonka.
at this rate i'm gonna be 300 pounds before i turn 30, and i don't really want that to happen
