Breakfast - homemade cucumber salad with cucumbers, red onion, olive oil, champagne vinegar and herbs de provence
Snacks all day - handfulls of Peanut M&Ms from a co-worker.
Lunch - Chicken fingers and fries and a small salad (Ugh, see this is working already, I shouldn't have eaten that)
Dinner - Ravioli and more cucumber salad.
10pm Snack - fat-free chips and a scoop of ice cream.
Man, I suck, This journal is really going to help.
See! but how good is this! i started my diet yesterday...you wouldnt want to see some of my days last week.
