Breakfast-Slimfast Shake
Snack: Trail Mix
Lunch: Red Lobster (I ordered from the lite menu) broiled flounder, garlic shrimp skewer & broccoli. & two chedder biscuits. ugh...those are SO bad for you. & a few of Austin's french fries. (another darn it...why do i need those extra calories??)
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Stir-fry-Chicken w/ Cashew Nuts & Veggies. (I have a rockin receipe if anyone is interested) w/ a side of rice.
Snack: A handful of grapes & cherries
ps: Austin offered to go out & get us icecream...i refrained...knowing i'd have to post it on eZabel. haha
