ps: soda & other sugary beverages add a ton of extra calories...try drinking more water...& zero calorie drinks. (i'm also not having wine or other alcoholic drinks w/ dinner during the week)
i found out some "tricks" to making margaritas, long islands non-fat, no sugar and no cal's.
oh and the most perfect drink, bacardi rum nad diet coke.
oh really? cool. yea, i'd do the bacardi & diet coke if i was out for the weekend for drinks w/ friends or something...but i dont like it enough to drink it for no reason. haha
