haha, i'm eating a slim fast snack bar...(and it's really good) but it says on the package: Warning...excess consumption may have a laxative effect. lol!

haha true...i had a friend do that...ICK! but doesnt it just get rid of the stuff on the inside..why would that make you look thinner?

whatever you digest comes out. so you lose weight as well as water weight somethign us chicas have issues with every day! lol
