Lunch-2pm-Stirfry Chicken w/ veggies (leftovers) & 1 cup of captin crunch cereal w/ skim milk. (i was craving it, and it's in the house! that's why the stuff needs to be thrown out!) & water
Dinner-6oz filet, small salad w/ oil & vinegar, small baked potato w/ a little butter. water
