I was so awful this weekend, i dont even want to put stuff, but i must.
7/29
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 sausage links, toast, hot chocolate.
Lunch: triscut crackers, pepperoni, cheese, pepsi
Dinner: Buffalo chicken sandwhich, fries, margarita
*two after dinner drinks*

Breakfast: Bagel w/ turkey.
Lunch: Taco Bell-1 Gordita taco thingy & 1 of those potato things and cinnemon twists
Snack: Rita's Italian Ice..regular size
Dinner: 1 Slice Papa John's Pizza, Med. McDonalds French Fries. (i know, why two orders of fast food from different places..i was picking up an order for a couple people, lol)
7/31 (the day I felt guilty)
Breakfast-Banana
Lunch: Grilled Chicken & a salad w/ lowfat dressing, water
Snack: Basic 4 Cereal w/ skim milk
Dinner: 1 small hamburger (on home grill) small salad, 1 glass arbor mist wine
oh oh! i also did a considerable amount of exercise today, one of Austin's builders was in a bind trying to finish something up for tomorrow, so i went and helped Austin @ the job, he textured a ceiling, so i mixed the mud..(not so easy) and i was carrying buckets of water back & forth for a good 3 hours & pushed him around on scaffolding. $400 bucks for 4 hours of work...not bad!
