Breakfast: Basic 4 Cereal w/ skim milk
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Fajita, tortila chips w/ salsa, water
Snack: 3 broccoli stems. (i love them!)
Dinner: Shrimp w/ cocktail sauce, broccoli w/ lemon & garlic. (i always make things, that i really dont "go" together, i never KNOW whats goes together, hmph), lemonade
Snack: Biscotti cookie & glass of skim milk
