i ate bad over the weekend but i forgot what i ate. i mean it wasn't THAT bad, but still.

Breakfast: oatmeal, slice wheat toast w/sugar free jelly and OJ
snack: nectarine and a plum
lunch: cobb salad from Jack in the Box, no dressing
snack: slim fast bar
dinner: tortilla (traders joes, no fat) & cup of cantelope
