by the end of the day i can't remember what i ate
also personally i think that if i started keeping a food journal i would get too food-obsessed and develop an eating disorder
and also this weekend i had pizza, pasta, chocolate, all kinds of bad stuff, because i just needed it
they say "eat what you crave cause you're probably lacking something in the fodo you're craving" well i crave EVERYTHING ALL THE TIME! lol
some times i need chocolate or i will kill
