8/2:
breakfast: oatmeal, whole wheat grain bread 2 slices
snack: nectarine and a plum
lunch: ok i was BAD....2 chicken tacos one greasy crunchy and yummy & the other just chicken in a corn tortilla, rice and chips and salsa
snack: a handful of walnuts
dinner: jello and non fat whip cream....too hot to eat.
